Vibe Plugins.

A coordinated family of Claude Code plugins — installed independently, composed when present. Plan it, ship it, iterate it, document it, test it, secure it.

Vibe Plugins
The family

Fourteen plugins, one playbook.

Each ships on its own. Each composes with the others when they share a repo.

vibe-cartographer
idea → v1
14 commands · 18 skills
Idea to shipped v1 through spec-driven commands — scope, PRD, spec, build. Hands the baton to vibe-iterate once real users show up.
vibe-iterate
v1 → v1+n
18 skills
Where Cart's map ends, vibe-iterate keeps going — v1 to v1+n, one PR per session. Defers cleanly when Cart's installed in the same repo.
vibe-keystone
bootstrap any repo
2 skills
Inventories a repo before writing a line, then interviews you for real conventions. Adapts the file to repo type instead of a placeholder-padded template.
vibe-doc
documentation completeness
5 commands · 7 skills · 3 agents
Scans for documentation gaps against a maturity standard, then generates the missing docs from artifacts you already have. Source-cited, no fabrication.
vibe-test
tests that matter
8 commands · 14 skills
Classifies your app's risk tier and generates the tests proportional to it. Catches broken test harnesses other coverage tools take on faith.
vibe-sec
security posture
9 commands · 10 skills
Audits vibe-coded apps for the security gaps AI prototyping predictably leaves, tiered by deployment risk. Picks up injection findings handed off from vibe-prompt.
vibe-taker
move features between repos
3 commands · 6 skills
Captures a feature out of one repo as a portable bundle — architecture, contract, prompts, gotchas — and plants it into another with stack-aware adaptation.
vibe-walk
onboarding tours
9 skills · 3 agents
Reads your app, names the aha moment, and builds a spotlight tour you own outright — or says honestly when a tour won't help.
vibe-wrap
end-of-session wrap-up
7 skills
Reads the breadcrumb trail sibling plugins already left instead of reconstructing from git log. One gesture at session end names what shipped and what's still open.
vibe-insights
session retrospective
1 skill
The verbose retrospective /insights never gave you — coverage, where-was-I recall, the cache reveal, a read of how you actually work. Personal by default, all local.
thesis-engine
research feeder
4 commands · 1 skill
Does the cold-start research before you can write — ranked topics, sourced notes, a ready bibliography. Feeds directly into vibe-thesis; the drafting stays there.
vibe-thesis
thesis authoring
5 commands · 10 skills
Scaffolds and co-authors thesis-shaped writing toward a rendered PDF. The voice pipeline — capture, smooth, guard — keeps Claude in the loop without losing your voice.
vibe-prompt
prompt audit + behavioral eval
9 commands · 13 skills
Closes the prompt loop for apps that ship LLM features — scan, audit, eval, grade, remediate. Hands injection findings straight to vibe-sec instead of guessing at severity.
vibe-lingual
i18n retrofit, codemod-safe
5 commands · 10 skills
Classifies every user-facing string, audits the stack for i18n gotchas, then localizes with per-file backups. Deep on next-intl and App Router, honest about the rest.
The playbook

The thinking behind it.

Every Vibe plugin follows the same architectural playbook — an Apache-licensed spec that makes the claims checkable, not aspirational.

A plugin should be more useful on its tenth run than on its first — not because the user learned it, but because it learned the user.

The Self-Evolving Plugin Framework is three disciplines stacked on top of each other: self-repair, self-teach, self-evolve. A plugin that can fix itself when it breaks, teach itself what the user actually wanted, and rewrite its own guidance when the pattern repeats. Each discipline earns its rung on a five-level maturity ladder — sixteen named patterns across the climb, one Apache-licensed spec, and a scorecard so the claims are checkable, not aspirational.

Vibe Cartographer sits at Level 3.5 right now — the highest rung any public plugin has reached — and every new plugin we ship gets benchmarked against the same ladder. The framework isn't marketing. It's how we keep the work honest when nobody's watching.

Companion thesis

From legitimate to sustainable.

A builder's doctrine for vibe-coded software that lasts. Five tenets — Legitimacy, Discipline, Quality, Trust, Coherence — for native builders shipping AI-built artifacts to real users.
